The Local Government Service Commission visited Mwandi Town Council on the 21st October, 2025 for an official engagement.

The Commission conducted a staff audit and also held an interactive meeting with the general workforce, providing an opportunity for dialogue on various administrative and operational matters.

The Commission highlighted on the importance of punctuality and attitude towards work for Local authority Officers and stated how it is prudent for officers to conduct themselves in a manner that displays the true meaning and values of the Republic of Zambia Government.

During the visit, the Commission took time to inspect a  selected few Constituency Development Fund (CDF) projects within the constituency to assess progress and compliance.
