Supplier Registration Checklist
Before bidding on the e-GP platform, all service providers must be registered with the Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA). Ensure you have the following ready:
• Valid PACRA Certificate • Tax Clearance Certificate (ZRA) • Valid TPIN Certificate • Professional Body Certs (e.g., NCC, EIZ) • Valid Business Permit • Company Profile & References
